Our client has 3 openings for Customer Service Coordinators / Customer Service Representatives

We are located borderline Costa Mesa/ Irvine

This is an onsite position Monday to Friday, no weekends!

We are looking for candidates that have at least 2 years of recent work experience in an call center environment or in an office setting.

Will be assisting customers with questions.

Responsibilities include:

Handling customer request, processing phone order, entering data into a computer and preparing invoices and providing the status of product orders of services.

Will also monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expediate as needed.

Obtains accurate information relating to shipment dates ad expected date of delivery.

Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.

Must have computer skills

Excellent communication skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
